Leavy, Frank & Delaney, LLC is based in Bethesda, MD, and works with individuals, companies and organizations from all areas of the United States to assist them with their immigration concerns. Since 2000 the firm has concentrated in the representation of foreign born nationals with their temporary and permanent visa applications on a company, individual, and institutional basis. This includes an emphasis on Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver applications, EB-1B and PERM, as well as E-Visas for Investors, L-Visas for Intracompany transfers, O&P Visas and J-Waivers. We also assist individuals with family based and naturalization cases.
We work extensively with scientists, researchers, physicians, professionals at international organizations, and those involved in international relations, and other socio-economic fields.
