The Law Offices of Kirk Rankin has two offices in the Metropolitan Washington Area.  One in Wheaton, MD and the other in Falls Church, VA.  Kirk Rankin���s practice focuses on immigration law and personal injury.  Within the field of immigration law Mr. Rankin and his firm handle fianc�� and family based petitions, employment based immigration, TPS/NACARA & asylum, as well as deportation defense.

 

A native Washingtonian, Kirk Rankin received his undergraduate degree from the American University, and graduated from the George Washington University Law School with honors in 1993.  He is a member of the DC, Maryland, and Virginia State bars as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
